NHS Kent & Medway and NHS Sussex are working together to improve the NHS 111 service, which is a free, 24/7 service that provides advice and support for non-emergency health concerns. It helps people get the right care, in the right place, at the right time whether accessed online or by phone.

To ensure the service is working well for everyone, they are inviting people to share their experiences through a short survey. This feedback will help them:

Understand what works well within NHS 111

Identify barriers or challenges people face

Find ways to improve the service

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes and is completely confidential. It will remain open until Monday 4th August. You can find it here: www.haveyoursayinkentandmedway.co.uk/nhs-111

Thank you for supporting this important piece of work to improve access to NHS services in our communities.
